We do not offer refunds, as each item is custom-made to order. However, we do provide reprints if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

Incorrect size/product selected: No
Damaged during shipping: Replacement/reprint
Manufacturing/printing defect: Replacement/reprint
Reporting period: 7 days
Customer must contact you before returning anything

If you experience any issues, please contact us at info@orangerocks.store within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll work with you to evaluate the problem and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Please note that items cannot be returned without prior communication.
